You Submit Your Question
Everything begins with a single question — the one you have been carrying. You submit it through our secure form, in complete confidence. You may include as much or as little context as you feel comfortable sharing. A photograph of the person in question can help, but is never required. Your identity and your question are protected from the moment you submit.
Most clients spend 10–15 minutes on their submission. There is no right or wrong way to phrase your question. Write it the way you would say it to someone you trust completely.

Four Readers Receive Your Question
Your submission is passed — without any identifying information — to each of our four readers independently. Chris in Europe. Cheng in East Asia. Roya in the Middle East. Diana in Oceania. They do not communicate with each other. They do not share notes. Each one reads your question in complete isolation, drawing only on their own gift and decades of practice.
This separation is not a formality — it is the foundation of everything. The power of The 4 Seen lies precisely in what happens when four people, working alone, arrive at the same answer.

Each Reader Works Independently
Over the following days, each reader examines your question through their own lens. Chris reads the structural pattern — the sequence of events already in motion. Cheng reads the energetic and temporal field — when things will shift, when windows will open or close. Roya reads the ancestral and karmic architecture — the deeper pattern shaping your situation. Diana reads the emotional trajectory — not just what will happen, but how it will feel, and what it will mean.
Each reader produces their own independent findings. These are not shared with the others until the convergence stage.

The Convergence
Once all four readings are complete, we examine them together for the first time. We look for the points of alignment — the answers, images, timelines, and outcomes that all four arrived at independently. Where all four converge, we have certainty. Where three of four align, we have strong signal. Where readings diverge, we note the divergence honestly and explain what it means.
In over a decade of combined practice, the convergence rate on core outcomes has been consistent enough that we built an entire service around it. When four people see the same thing — without collaboration — that is not coincidence.

Your Report Is Delivered
You receive a single, unified confidential report. It is written clearly — not in vague spiritual language, but in plain terms that answer your question directly. The report includes the core convergence finding, the supporting detail from each reader, any divergences and what they indicate, and — where relevant — a timeline of when things are likely to shift.
Your report is delivered privately to you and you alone. It is never stored, shared, or referenced again without your explicit permission. What you do with it is entirely your own.

How long does it take?
Single Signal readings are delivered within 5 business days. Deep Signal within 7. Ongoing Signal clients receive their first report within 5 days, with monthly updates thereafter.
Do I need to provide a photo?
No. A photograph can sometimes help a reader tune in more precisely, but it is never required. Your question alone is sufficient.
What if my question is sensitive?
Most questions are. We have read questions about infidelity, illness, financial ruin, and grief. Nothing you submit will surprise us, and nothing will be judged. Sensitivity is exactly what we are built for.
Can I ask about another person?
Yes. The majority of our readings involve questions about another person — a partner, a family member, a colleague, a potential business associate. You do not need their knowledge or consent to submit a question about them.
What if the four readers disagree?
We report divergences honestly. A divergence is itself meaningful information — it often indicates a situation in flux, or a decision point where the outcome is genuinely uncertain. We will explain what the divergence means in context.
Is this confidential?
Completely. Your identity, your question, and your report are never stored, shared, or referenced beyond the reading itself. Confidentiality is not a feature of our service — it is the foundation of it.
